My goal is to fully utilize my abilities, not for my joy, but for the pleasure of helping others. In general, I appreciate working with a team that adjusts to new possibilities and enables growth and advancement. I am a dependable person seeking opportunities to expand my skills and contribute to the program. I consider myself hardworking, ethical, and detail-oriented.
Operations was always the best department I could have chosen to work in. Not only was it a fresh and exciting job for me, but I had an amazing group that made the year a lot easier given how much we had to do. I've also learned how to properly access wings, create memos, manage lock-ins, and do everything else required to prepare for the commander's call. Operations will always be everything I am grateful to be a part of, and it has helped me grow into a better leader and person.
In my spare time, I'm always looking for methods to develop myself. At home, I have several tasks, including chores and caring for my brother. At school, I am always required to study and do assignments; I also participate in 12 clubs throughout the year. Despite my schedule being restricted, I enjoy dedicating as much time as possible to each of my tasks. I know when and how to slow down when I need to, which is never an issue for me because I love to be productive.
Although our department didn't get to finish it's original goals, I started little by little to gain fresh skills on what JROTC does through its amount of leadership.
