Benjamin Clark

Highly motivated volunteer firefighter with 10 years of experience performing firefighting and volunteer EMT-B with 3 years of experience performing emergency medical duties. Passionate about protecting lives and property through dedicated volunteer service. Work cooperatively with other first responders to gain control of emergency scenes. Flexible hard worker ready to learn and contribute to department success.

• Volunteer with Gettysburg Rural Fire Department as a firefighter since 2014 responding to emergency fire calls, driving and operating apparatus, performing search and rescue, and fire suppression. Attend monthly training sessions.
• Volunteer approximately four 12-hour shifts per month with Gettysburg Rural Fire Department as EMT-B since 2021, driving and staffing ambulance, responding to 911 calls, and providing emergency treatments and stabilizing patients for transport to hospital.

• Work seasonally for Pyrotechnico and/or High Tech Pyro since 2015 assisting with the safe transport, set up, and execution of fireworks displays. Obtained State of Ohio Department of Commerce Division of State Fire Marshal Exhibitor Assistant license for pyrotechnics.
