Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations for patients with hematological disorders and solid tumors

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop individualized treatment plans from workup to diagnosis
• Monitor treatment efficacy and manage side effects through ongoing surveillance and follow-up care
• Educate patients and families on disease processes, treatment options, and self-management strategies
• Participate in clinical research initiatives aimed at improving patient outcomes in hematology/oncology

• Provide medical care to patients with acute and chronic condition while rendering oncology treatments.
• Knowledgeable in diagnostic workup for hematology/oncology conditions, chemotherapy and radiation treatment, as well as adverse effect management
• Stem cell transplant such as autologous and allogenic transplant
• management of adverse event relating to transplant including graft versus host disease, engraftment syndrome, neutropenic fever, mucositis etc
• CAR-T Cell immunotherapy including management of CRS and neurotoxicity relating to CAR-T Cell
• Bone marrow biopsy and aspiration

• Efficient in diagnostic workup – labs, imaging, and advanced assessment
• Knowledgeable in evidence-based treatments including clinical algorithms.
• Efficient in management of acute changes including but not limited to arrythmias, sepsis and vital sign changes.
• Efficient in handling admissions and discharges
• Infectious workup and treatment

• Provide medical care to patients with acute and chronic condition while rendering oncology treatments.
• Chemotherapy and radiation treatments for oncology/hematologic diseases
• Stem cell transplant including management of adverse effects.
• CAR-T Cell immunotherapy including management of neurotoxicity relating to CAR-T Cell
• Patient/family education and counseling as well as coordinating follow-up service

• Administer and manage chemotherapy treatments for oncology patients
• Caring for oncology patients, including pre and post allogenic transplant as well as pre and post autologous transplant.
• Provide peer mentoring and training as needed
• Care for high acuity patients requiring 1: 5 nurse-to-patient ratios
• Worked in the capacity of a charge nurse supervising 4-5 nurses in acute inpatient setting.
• Management of drains (Chest tube, NG, paracentesis, and PEG tube)
• Participating in codes and rapid responses
• Participate in health and safety compliance and infection control programs
• Evaluate, develop, implement, and evaluate nursing care plan
