- Used image and video processing techniques with the OpenCV library on python.
- Implemented multithreading to greatly reduce the program's runtime
- Reduced a 2.5 hour tedious process to a roughly 10 minute automatic one, saving reactor operators upwards of 10 hours of hands-on inspection checks per year.
- Greatly increased accuracy of the visual inspection check and negated human error.
- Designed a graphical user interface for reactor operators to access the program and view results easily.
