This position involves assisting at least 100 clients daily with home theater and appliance repairs, case management, appointments, dispatching, deliveries and geek squad troubleshooting. This position requires the ability to multitask using CRM, multiple computer systems, extreme professionalism as well as minimal supervision.
- Deliver outstanding service to clients to maintain and extend relationship for future business opportunities.
- Promote product-related services and plans such as installation, delivery, credit financing or extended protection plans.
- Determine customer's specific needs to pair best products and service offerings.
- Order parts and maintained adequate inventory.
- Educate customers on use, care and adjustments of appliances.
- Check in on past customers and completed repairs to maintain satisfaction and perform routine preventive maintenance on appliances.
- Give accurate and detailed quotes to customers prior to starting work.
- Diagnose issues with appliances and made repairs.
- Manage time efficiently in order to complete all tasks within deadlines.
- Assist with day-to-day operations, working efficiently and productively with all team members.
