With 19 years of experience as a brand Ambassador and product specialist, I have gained expertise in interacting with customers to encourage them to try different products. I am also an expert at memorizing product and manufacturer details to provide accurate and helpful information to customers.

As a marketing professional, I am passionate about creating promotional and informational messages that build a brand's image, inform the public of promotions and initiatives, and influence targeted audiences. I am skilled in utilizing metrics to monitor campaign results and am a hardworking employee with excellent customer service, multitasking, and time management abilities.

I have extensive experience in customer service, sales, tech-savvy, and retail. I have also worked in trade shows, wine samples, road shows, street marketing, and guerrilla marketing. I have participated in many conventions, tournaments, expos, and tours in Miami, Florida, where I have gained a good understanding of the necessary skills for outstanding customer service, mingling, sales assistance, product knowledge, and creating a fun and friendly environment for the customers.

In addition, I have worked with several retail stores, such as Publix, Winn Dixie, BJ’s Wholesales, Home Depot, Walgreens, Costco, Wal-Mart, Macy’s Lowes, Navarro, Pet Supermarket, and Sam's. I have also assisted in corporate parties, conference registration for guests, and microphone running at hotels like Westin Diplomat, International Chapin, and SLS Hotel Marriott.
