During my career I have led hundreds of investigations including violent crimes against persons, fraud, embezzlement, criminal impersonation and accident investigations among many others. Proficient in warrant writing and court order subpoenas. Acting Supervisor for multiple shifts as well as Quarterly review writing for individual Officers on my team.

Police and Fire Dispatcher for Police and Fire radio communications for the City of Littleton. Responsible for answering multiple phone lines on multiple systems including 911 and non emergency phone lines as well as administrative incoming calls in a high paced and high stress environment.

· Received 911 and non-emergency calls and dispatched calls to appropriate agencies and officers on duty.

· Multitasking and prioritization skills.

· Utilized CAD systems and camera systems within the Dispatch center.

· Information entry into calls for service via CAD while multi-tasking and simultaneously dispatching Officers or Units. The accuracy of information being relayed was paramount.

· Entered criminal record checks, driver's license numbers and warrants into telecommunications systems to fulfill officer requests while maintaining confidentiality of the information.
