Built onboarding Package Onboarding for New Leadership at CLE5 to ensure training was consistent through the building. Developed 4 Area Managers using the onboarding package
Conducted a 10-month white paper on Emergency Action Plans (Operation Get Back on Track) to mitigate any large scale event that could take place at CLE5 from spills to Active Shooter.
Successfully spent three weeks on away team at DSM9 helping to build the culture and train on-coming leadership.
Led Operation Smile for Peak 2021, and was able to deliver 84 packages ensuring the customer promise was kept.
