My responsibilities as a Crew Member included but not limited to

-Unloading pallets of product from a grocery truck, using a walking forklift

-Breaking down pallets

-Stocking shelves, with merchandise, of all types

-Putting away the unused products in an organized way

-Routine cleaning of the bathrooms or parts of the store that needed a mopping or cleaning up of a broken product

Customer Service duties included but not limited to

-Working the cash register

-Making sure the customer found everything they were looking for while shopping

-Tried my best to either answer a customers question, or help them locate the product, or checking in the back to see if the product was in the backstock

-Always tried to do my best to make sure every customers experience at Trader Joe's positive, we called it a "Wow customer experience"

• Loaded, unloaded, and moved furniture to and from storage and production areas.
• Consistently lifted furniture weighing as much as 100-300 pounds with assistance from coworkers.
• Maintained clean workspaces by enforcing strict housekeeping guidelines for storage areas, dock bays, and equipment zones.
• Contributed to great customer service by loading and unloading various types of furniture from customer vehicles.
