My main duty is to lead the integration of Artificial Intelligence into NPS’s curriculum and to engage stakeholders to achieve this goal, evaluate and refine the content of short courses, both online and on-site, to ensure they meet the professional training objectives and the aims of incorporating Artificial Intelligence for our Navy and USMC students. Additionally, I keep all student records related to their artificial intelligence training.
  • Moreover, I instruct a dedicated course titled "Lead AI Senior" targeted at senior-ranking officers within the US Navy and USMC that covers strategic leadership and implementation of AI technologies in military operations. In this capacity, I also develop and facilitate wargaming exercises that simulate real-world scenarios, allowing officers to apply their AI knowledge in a controlled, yet realistic environment, enhancing their decision-making skills and operational readiness. I oversee the financial planning and accounts for ten annual courses. Additionally, I have taken on the role of the Congressional Liaison for the Naval Postgraduate School, managing all communications concerning the school's Artificial Intelligence program.

Furthermore, I facilitate courses, offer professional development coaching, manage executive course databases, and coordinate legislative materials for the CDAO. I also conduct thorough analyses of the AI training courses for the CDAO to identify gaps in knowledge and skills, develop training programs to address these needs, and ensure employees have opportunities to enhance their performance and knowledge. My responsibilities include analyzing, designing, developing, implementing, and evaluating training requirements.

  • I review and evaluate all training programs for the Army’s Accession Information Environment (AIE) to ensure that all training needs are being fulfilled. I conduct oral interviews to determine the effectiveness of the training, delivery, and content, of the AIE training program. Additionally, I supervise the production of personnel recovery exercises, wargame, and C-IED-related materials to support USARAK units. I also ensure that all material links to the established Mission Essential Task List (METL) and manage all training records. I am responsible for the development, update, and maintenance of the Program of Instruction (POI) for TIGR and DCGS-A.
