• Coordinate music selection, arrangement, and band configuration while singing and leading on piano or guitar.
• Church leadership member: prayer and vision for the life of the church/community, including but not limited to outreach, worship/prayer nights, spiritual mentorship, etc.
• Train and mentor volunteer musicians and vocalists in both spirit and skill.
• Organize rehearsal, and manage Sunday worship schedules/materials in Planning Center.
• Manage the A/V team and equipment for seamless service execution and A/V capture/upload.
• Recruit and equip believing musicians to form a community for worship/prayer nights, jam sessions, and an inclusive Sunday morning rotation.

• Over the last month, I've taken on a bigger role in selecting the band configuration, repertoire, and honing in on Redeemer's new vision for worship.
• Prepared to offer my services for Spanish Speaking services as well, as I am a capable Spanish speaker.

• NYC band fusing helplessness with hopefulness, and indie rock with everything else. We are independent, so all things finance and marketing are worked out in-house.
• Lead Singer, Cellist, Keyboards, Guitar, Production, Engineering, and Percussion.

Sourced clients and candidates, managed those relationships, and presented talent to partners with the aim of filling openings. More often than not, my work helped our clients define their own needs relative to what the market was bearing.

• Client Owner: Sourced and onboarded clients, servicing a full desk. Managed recruiters on accounts that have more than five openings. Negotiated contracts, helped define clients’ goals and expectations, and, of course, placed candidates.
• Recruiter: Sourced and managed the candidate pool, assessed talent, and presented talent to the client owner. Sourced candidates on LinkedIn, Dice, and our local CRM.
