- My responsibilities I managed the paint department as the Leadman overnight the coatings inspector lead of our product and was the supervisor of the Shop Machine operators riggers and bay-loaders I would also operatie rough terrain forklifts, telescopic lifts, cherry pickers, shop forklifts overhead cranes and trucks. Rigging and moving spools of pipe down the shop onto floats to shipping and receiving and to paint. Reading and creating paint reports receiving then sorting what’s on the reports and following up with our superintendent of the department and facility on the jobs that was in the department. I helped train new hires as well as I was the commissioner of our Safety committee.
