. As shop manager for the second shift on arrival, I would inspect the cleanliness of the shop starting in the front of the shop, where the customers reside, then moving my way to behind the counter area, then to the kitchen where the cookies were baked.

. After I inspect the cleanliness of the shop, I would then move on to inspecting inventory of cookies, baked, and preparation to bake with the store might lack

. After ensuring the restaurant is clean and ensuring the restaurant has enough inventory on hand to meet all customer needs for the remainder of the shift. I begin assisting customers with their orders at the register, and either pass the order off to a coworker, or begin making the order myself if there are no other customers to be assisted.

Throughout the shift we were also monitor our tablets to check for delivery orders, if an order was placed, we would confirm orders and prepare them ahead of delivery arriving, once the order was prepared We would start away in our heated cookie rack to ensure the order arrived to the customers home warm

. Once all customers were assisted and the shift was coming to a close. I would begin cleaning the restaurant to close up for the night starting with the customer waiting area, moving on to the register area, followed by the kitchen, and then the bathroom.

. Once the restaurant was cleaned, a coworker and myself with then do a count of all transactions and tally up total restaurant earnings for the day.

. After all restaurant earnings were tallied up, and coworker and myself would begin to turn off the lights, set the alarm and lock up the shop for the evening.
