- Train new Producers for the morning show, utilizing several methods to train the basic concepts in a layered fashion to shorten the gap of understanding.
- Analyze ratings to determine the factors correlated with success and replicate those authentically.
- Communicate with the Director, other Producers, and Management to meet expectations and fill in any gaps needed.
