- Clear faults and be aware of any automation failures that may come from pressure differentials or mechanical disruption
- Monitor levels of eight-hundred barrel, tanks, as well as seven, four-hundred barrel, oil tanks. Along with a large gun-barrel.
- Monitor temperature of oil tanks and operate burners.
- Execute tank gauging processes and BS&W testing procedures.
- Communicate and supervise third parties for transporting oil offsite, construction, and varying maintenance around the facility.
- Perform basic maintenance and mechanics on offload pumps, low shear pumps, and quintiplex pumps.
- Replace various bad fittings and valves across the entire facility.
- Monitor pressures and flow throughout the system including filter pots pressure, suction and discharge pressures related to the quintiplex, flow rates, and wellhead pressure.
- Marke down and kept track of pressures, flow rates, and levels, hourly.
- Implemented and introduced a new method of communication with our team of operators and management through GroupMe. Used for daily reports and instant reporting.
