  • I joined The Beach Company as a Commercial Maintenance Supervisor. My responsibilities include overseeing 13 properties across 2 states. I oversee 10 shopping centers and 2 office buildings. My main responsibilities include walking the properties weekly to identify any issues that may have occurred, and fixing the issues either in-house or by contacting a vendor. Making sure that the property is following all OSHA guidelines. Overseeing all capex projects and coordinating with vendors to ensure all work is completed in a timely manner. Other responsibilities include staying within budget, identifying potential issues, and areas that can be improved. My other responsibilities include handling service requests in a timely manner. Performing walkthroughs when tenants vacate and before move-in. Reviewing preventative maintenance contracts and scheduling subcontractors.
