After conversations with the several chefs from my area (Williamsburg, VA) up to Richmond, VA, I received brief introduction to the inner workings of a professional experience. I was taken in the back where the food was prepared, met several employees, familiarized myself with their terminology, functions, and food storage.  

I often take photographs for my mother's independent health coaching business to monitor the physical transformation process which promotes ADMET (Absorption, Distribution, Metabolism, Excretion, and Toxicity), doctor approved diet meals, and optimal weight-loss.
