I'm an energetic, passionate and empathetic fast learner who is open to new ideas and interested in working towards a common goal both in and out of the work place. I'm highly efficient when it comes to adapting to new work environments and I use my expertise to my benefit, but I also have an open mind to new perspectives. I'm hardworking and timely, and flexible with hours as well as a reliable employee. I have experience in customer service in the food industry, but I'm enthusiastic and hoping to widen that branch into the retail industry for more experience and to gain knowledge in the retail world.
When I worked at Dunkin' Donuts, I was overall responsible for delivering great and friendly guest experiences, restocking, cleaning, making drinks and food, and working the cash register. I also prepared products according to operational and quality standards and served them with a clean, fast paced environment under moments of stress. I worked as part of a team to meet guest needs and overall create a positive work environment for not only myself but my coworkers and most importantly the guests who came into the store.
