- Ran, scheduled, and organized several framing crews. Have had several inhouse framing crews, that I would organize and schedule for both R&B projects and for other builders.
- Built over 50 homes from permits to completion, we would work with clients to build their dream home, starter home, or anywhere in between. I would organize all scheduling of our subs and suppliers to always hit the end close date, giving a product with which they were extremely pleased.
- Managed many remodels, from permits to completion. I would work with clients to understand the details of the job they were sold. We would have weekly meetings with clients to discuss the timeline, the budget, and to keep them updated on progress. I would schedule all subs and suppliers, and I would build a schedule for each project.
