  • Lots of carts outside the store, able to enter carts into the store, store full of carts and parking lot with no carts
  • No bags in the registers, collect bags from the back of the store, put bags in the assigned room, bags are there for cashiers to take when needed
  • When operating the machine to take carts, sometimes machines do not work, look for the problem in the machine, take the necessary steps to fix the problem, if the machine is still not working report it, so more experienced people can fix it, and if it works keep working normally
  • New employees need training in how to do the job, train the new employees so they do not have any problems when doing the job, the new employee is well trained and knows how to do the job

  • Must save in bag usage, try to put no more than five items in a bag, do not put more items than the limit amount in one bag, the boss will be happy because the company will be saving money
  • Needed to communicate with everyone in the store for business, communicate efficiently with all members of the team, convey the message in a good way, everybody is happy because the job is done well thanks to very good communication
