Aquascaping is an artistic form of the aquarium hobby. I've loved anything aquatic since childhood and made it my hobby. I've recently started pouring my free time into creating and maintaining beautiful scapes in my aquariums at home. When I'm not coding you can find me intently watching the aquariums in my room at home. It has taken hours of research and careful planning to make my home tanks look like replicas of nature. From the Golden Ratio to japanese gardening techniques, I've gone down each and every rabbit-hole to finally create something I can be proud of.
Throughout my years in the hobby I have kept many species of fish and even sold them to other hobbyists all over michigan. Because of my extensive experience I have come to realize that there is a lack of centralized and standardized information. Many aquarist's will go to different forums for opinions and insight on the hobby but there can be a lot of conflicting information.
With my coding skills, I'd like to create an online database of fish species, plants, and habitats with reliable information on all of them. I'd like to make keeping aquariums easier and better for all of the future hobbyists out there.
