Benjamin Hood

In this position, I worked to service customer requests for frozen custard and preparing food. I took customer orders, make frozen custard, prepared toppings, and cleaned the store. I learned teamwork in a "fast food" setting, employee-customer interactions, and cooking, all of which are very transferable to any industry.

In this position, I worked to help our large customers receive benefits for selling our products. I created excel sheets to display information, created solutions to problems, and gave my thoughts on ideas created by my team. I learned teamwork, networking, leadership, and new Microsoft skills during this internship that I find to be highly transferable.
