Complete teardown and assembly of hydraulic cylinders for various makes and models of machinery using a combination of hand pneumatic and hydraulic tools.

Changed out bushings of both barrels and rods using a hydraulic manual press.

Torch cut stubborn bearings and bushings, along with rod pins and nuts that were seized.

Sized up both bore and size of rod using micrometers and calipers.

Pressure test each cylinder after assembly at a pressure of 3000 p.s.i.

Troubleshooting cylinders that have possible cracks and that are bypassing internally and externally.

Inspected chrome on rods for size and depth of chrome.

Inspected hydraulic rods to be true to size and straight with no tolerance for bent rods.

Clean detailed and painted all hydraulic cylinders.
