I have learned nearly everything there is to know about roofing, except for hot roofing, and gravel top roofing. Other than that, I’ve successfully adapted the skills necessary for waterproofing, tearing off old materials, cleaning up, and reinstalling roofing material correctly to OSHA standards. Throughout my journey of working for Brian Johnson, I’ve learned good work ethic, good communication, skills, good teambuilding skills, and how to stay motivated and work till exhaustion. Ultimately, I’ve also learned how to keep a good character and be patient, and be a good listener even when there are times I think I might already know something or I think differently of something, I’ve made sure to always listen to my leaders and do what I’m told firsthand.
Now, when it comes to my experience in working with food, I’ve learned the correct procedures on how to handle food safely, while making it, and stick to a healthy procedure, making sure I’m staying clean, washing my hands, and assembly food due to the standards of the restaurant I worked for. I’ve learned not only how to make the food, but the general idea of the standards it is required to work for a restaurant. I’ve also picked up new knowledge and skills about cleaning that I never knew about in order to keep a good clean and bacteria, free environment around me. I have also learned patients and hard work throughout my journey in food, industry, and learn, learned how to respect my leaders and work to the best of my abilities to meet their standards and requirements.

As I’ve stated before, I’ve learned, patience and respect and good communication skills with my team, and my leaders. Ultimately, looking to build my career in something that pays good for me to be able to make a living, but I also intend to get better and raise a family someday. All that information isn’t exactly necessary for me to get hired, I understand, but it is information. I figured I would present so that whoever hires me understands my motivation on why I want to work hard, and what I’m working towards. Ultimately I want to make a living off of whatever job I come across next, and I want to learn and pick up new skills that I can keep working for the rest of my life with, to build my career and accomplish this I want in life.
