• Trained 8 dog teams for tasks such as explosive detection and patrol missions for stateside and deployed environments. Developed and implemented tailored training programs using various dog training methodologies and techniques to ensure effective learning and performance of Military Working Dog Teams. Administered veterinary and first aid care to maintain the health and readiness of the dogs, conducted regular assessments to evaluate progress, and adapt training methods as necessary. Mentored handlers, providing guidance and support, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance in the field.

• Trained, oversaw daily veterinary care/exercise needs, and deployed with Military Working Dogs in support of the President of the United States and heads of state, providing explosive detection and patrol capabilities. Enhanced installation security measures both stateside and abroad, contributing to mission success in a deployed theater of operation. Conducted routine patrols to augment force multiplication and serve as a psychological deterrent. Led demonstrations for base and local populations to showcase and educate on Military Working Dog capabilities.

• Attended Airman Leadership School. Trained on military education programs designed to develop leadership and supervisory skills among junior enlisted Airmen. Included curriculum in effective communication, team dynamics, critical thinking, and problem-solving, with a focus on enhancing the ability to lead and mentor subordinates. Covered principles of Air Force core values and professional conduct in order to take on increased responsibilities and leadership roles within the unit. Gained a deeper understanding of Air Force structure and operations, receiving personal and professional growth and readiness for future challenges.

• Maintained the safety and security of Air Force installations, personnel, and resources. Conducted routine patrols, traffic stops, and security checks to enforce laws and base regulations, investigating incidents and apprehending suspects, and responding to emergencies such as medical emergencies, fires, and security breaches, providing immediate support and coordination with emergency services. Monitored and controlled entry and exit points to the base, verifying credentials and preventing unauthorized access, conducting security sweeps and inspections of buildings and restricted areas to ensure compliance with security protocols and identify potential threats. Wrote reports on incidents, arrests, and security breaches to maintain accurate records for legal and administrative purposes. Regular training exercises were participated in to maintain readiness in weapons handling, defensive tactics, and emergency response procedures. Interacted with base personnel and visitors to provide assistance, information, and ensured a visible security presence, fostering a safe and secure environment.

• Supervised and trained sales staff to ensure excellent customer service and product knowledge, managed inventory by ordering, stocking, and merchandising products, and developed and implemented sales strategies to meet targets and increase revenue. Analyzed sales data to optimize product offerings and pricing, handled customer inquiries, complaints, and returns to maintain customer satisfaction, and coordinated promotional activities and special events to drive sales and engagement.

• Installed septic tanks and drain fields per regulations, conducted routine pumping, inspections, and maintained detailed service records, diagnosed and repaired damaged septic pipes; replaced broken sections and sealed leaks.
