I have worked in the residential and commercial roofing business as a laborer, foreman and as a materials supervisor. I have inventoried materials for job sites. I have had to work with job foreman's and have had to come up with solutions for any job related issue that have arisen. I have always had the my employers best interest in mind when it comes to getting the job done safely and efficiently. I have done warehouse work to become where i have managed materials, processed orders and made sure shipments were sent on time and safely. Over the years i have learned multi tasking, problem solving and more efficient ways to get the job done on time. I have always made myself available to my employer and i take pride in not missing time and being to work on time. I am more than willing to work with foreman and co workers to come up with solutions to problems. I am confident i can and will be an asset to my future employer.
Being able to communicate in person or via a computer or cell phone is vital to getting a job done on time and safely. Recognizing that communication between co workers is the key to a successful plan of a business or industry. I will able to understand instructions whether verbally or via text or phone call and put those words into action. I have worked with people with every type of background, various personality's and was still able to come with ideas and understandings of how to safely get the job completed. Being able to work with anybody is one of my key strengths.
