
Graduated from Mizzou with my Masters in Accountancy in May of 2022. Completed both public and private accounting internships throughout my time in college. Chose public accounting out of school and have spent the past 1.5 years in a tax associate role.
- Spent October - December of 2022 completing in office tax training and studying for CPA certification
- Full year of Spring / Fall busy season experience in 2023, billing 60 hours per week during busy seasons, including both entity and individual tax return preparation
- Working with colleagues of all levels to ensure accurate and timely tax reporting
- Spring 2024 busy season experience as a second year associate, completing more involved entity / individual returns in a timely manner
- Tax Intern within the Real Estate Group for the duration of the 2021 busy season
- Prepared entity returns for real estate partnerships who dealt with low income housing tax credits
- Applied for Parent Accounting Internship for the following summer during my first Car Sales Internship with Enterprise
- Was offered the position as the sole Parent Accounting intern at the corporate office after three rounds of interviews
- Enterprise was forced to revoke the internship offer in April of 2020 due to COVID-19
- Assisted in trade functions such as updating trade logs in excel, uploading and verifying trade documents, and contacting credit unions directly to obtain lien releases / titles for traded vehicles
- Performed internal audits on individual branches to ensure all paperwork was completed and all necessary information was present, then uploaded findings to File Review log
- Preparation of entity / individual tax returns for federal / state purposes
