• Instructed subordinates in operational procedures and acoustic analysis as the divisional subject matter expert, leading to multiple successful overall team qualification events.
• Responsible for collecting statistical and oceanographic acoustic data and providing intelligence briefings to the Commanding Officer.
• Facilitated the oversight and install of $198,430 in repair parts from January 11 to September 13 of 2020 resulting in a 98% overall operational efficiency rating of the AN/SQQ-89 A(V)15 Sonar Suite onboard Arleigh Burke Class Destroyer DDG 115.
• Participated in numerous qualification boards and held one on one training to maintain watch stander readiness and ensure mission success.
• Aided in the installation of hardware and software for ACB15 modernization upgrade and received positive remarks in terms of personal and overall divisional system knowledge and operation.
• Worked alongside Ship Repair Facility Yokosuka personnel during ships maintenance availability period with a focus on project management. 182 Work Authorization Forms were successfully processed ahead of deadline resulting in conclusion of the maintenance availability 2 weeks ahead of schedule.
