Used power tools, including drills and saws safely to complete all job tasks. Metal roof repairs. Loaded trucks with materials and tools in preparation for transport to job locations. Used trowels to spread and smooth freshly poured concrete for patios and sidewalks. Loaded materials, equipment and tools onto trucks and secured for transport to job sites. Operated aerial lifts to move and secure work materials. Used established signals to help equipment operators align, move and adjust machinery. Reviewed blueprints and drawings to better understand project specifications before beginning metal buildings

Perform wire feed welding to satisfactory standards required to complete jobs. Use many types of welding equipment set up in a variety of positions, such as flat, vertical, horizontal, and overhead. Weld plate junctures, both vertical, horizontal, and pipe to the high standards. Operate pencil grinders, disk grinders, cutoff wheels, hand drills, drill presses as needed to clean and grind welds. Operate overhead cranes to move materials and related items. Use basic measuring equipment such as calipers, steel rules, etc. Apply a basic understanding of blueprints and tolerances. Move assembly to next operation or storage area using electric crane. Work in a manner in which quality of work and safety while performing work are top priorities. Keep work area organized and as clean as possible. Maintain accurate records of time and quantities, etc.

Read blue prints. Weld and fabricate structural steel. Cut materials to specific lengths and sizes for installation using power tools.Erect steel buildings including columns, rafters, and purlins. Install all weather metal insulated wall and roof panels. Install corrugated metal roof and wall panels. Install and repair metal roofs, flashing, and penetrations. Operate forklifts, scissor lifts and aerial lifts safely and efficiently.
