• Taught students with a wide range of skill levels. Ranging from refining students who had marched three years of drum corps, to working one on one with students who were playing brass for the first time.
• Taught the brass line about a wide variety of ensemble concepts such as balance, power, and musicality.
• Worked with students of many races, orientations, and identities, making sure each and every one of them had their voices heard.
• Worked with students who had learning challenges, and made sure they felt like they were getting the instruction that they needed to succeed.

• Performed concerts on a wide variety of instruments such as clarinet, bass clarinet, euphonium, trombone, tuba, trumpet, french horn, and cello.
• Held various leadership positions in these ensembles such as concertmaster and principle player for various sections.

• Worked with students with a wide variety of skill levels. All incoming freshman had never marched before, while the seniors had marched for four years.
• Kept a hard-working and fast paced, yet fun rehearsal environment.
• Worked hard to lead the band to 4 state championship titles, also winning our first ever visual caption title.
• Demonstrated respect, friendliness and willingness to help wherever needed.

• Worked with both brass and woodwind sections to create a high level product.
• Taught students of all levels, some students were brand new to their instruments, while others had been playing their instruments for years.
• Led the band to win four state championship titles, as well as four music caption titles and four music effect caption titles.

• Refined my skills as a brass player, becoming one of the most skilled musicians in the brass line.

• Was asked if I wanted to switch to tuba at callback came, and went on to beat six other tuba players during the remainder of the camp.
• Overcame many obstacles and setbacks as a new tuba player.
• Showed an extremely high work ethic during both the preseason and tour in order to keep my spot on the field.

• Earned a contract only four months after deciding to learn euphonium.
• Overcame many obstacles as a new brass player in a drum corps.
• Showed an incredibly strong work ethic in both the pre-season and during tour.
