For the past 25 years, I have served as a senior pastor, dedicating myself to teaching and equipping my congregation to become effective leaders through service to others. My approach has focused on cultivating essential skills such as active listening, understanding both verbal and nonverbal communication, supporting others in their moments of weakness, and encouraging them to maximize their potential. Through this, I have sought to inspire leaders who lead with compassion and integrity.
