- Plan and complete projects from my lead pastor including but not limited to preaching on Sunday mornings, writing sermon and series content, developing a church wide theological position statement, and developing and leading a Preaching Development course for future communicators.

- Help oversee and lead our College and Young Adult ministry including but not limited to volunteer and groups oversight, service programming, pastoral counseling, content planning, preaching and teaching, etc.

- Oversee and lead our Next Steps and Care Team including but not limited to volunteer oversight, recruitment, pastoral counseling, etc.

• Provided support and guidance to students experiencing academic and personal troubles.
• Conducted academic advisement services for students on reoccurring basis to maintain educational progression.
• Provided customer support for parents and students navigating a K-12 online institution.

• My job consisted on administration, leadership, and execution of key ministry areas throughout our church including Online, Students, Discipleship, and Groups.
• During my time, I operated in multiple roles including leading in our students’ environments to eventually helping our discipleship department operate
• Responsibilities included overseeing volunteers, overseeing and administrating for our Groups pipeline, leading multiple projects for our Online and Discipleship department, and many more.

• My job consisted of doing whatever is required of me by the Groups and Care team
• This includes but is not limited to assisting with Sunday morning responsibilities such as baptism, connections, or Care Team
• Some task include writing content for some of our groups and helping administrate for groups our team is responsible for
• Included in this internship are weekly leadership development meetings and one on one coaching from a ministry leader.

• My job consists of doing whatever is required of me by the Waykids team
• This includes but is not limited to assisting with volunteer onboarding, guest services assistance, environment prep, kids ministry and any other project the team needs
