I am a loyal and dedicated worker. I only call off for serious emergencies. I feel the skills i have learned throughout my work experiences would do well to meet the needs of AJ Rose. There was a gap in my employment from 2012 to 2022. In early 2012 I suffered a non work related injury that required me to have ankle replacement surgery. It took years to find a surgeon. I finally had my surgery in 2017. By the time I was starting to rehabilitate, Covid 19 hit, and my life insurance benefits were extended. By 2022 I was eager to get back into the workplace. I am fully rehabilitated with the latest ankle replacement tech that allows me to jog and lift and carry on with the best of them. I would very much look forward to hearing from AJ Rose for job employment. If you would be interested in me, you should know I am still employed at Rhenium Alloys Inc and will be giving them a 2 weeks notice of resignation if employed with AJ Rose. - As a production worker I run and maintain various types of machinery such as a 1000 ton press, rolling mills of sizes ranging from tiny to huge (hand fed as well as automatic} engine powered and foot powered cutting sheers, high temperature furnaces up to 1650 degrees F, as well as mixing pfaudlers and oxidation furnaces for chemical processes.
- I am extremely efficient in reading micrometers and calipers of many sorts both digital and analog, I am capable of performing any and all math required to meet quality standards and expectations
- My job is to synthesize pure metal alloy powder and dry it. After purification, I blend different alloy powders in ratios per the customers specifications, press them into bars, sinter them and then roll them down to various sizes as thin as .001". Finally, i flatten the material and cut it to customer specification while consistently maintaining a ±10% tolerance in thickness, width and length.

- I will not go into too much detail as this job is less relevant to factory production, however I was expected to be able to perform any and all duties of the general manager, putting heavy emphasis on quality control and resource management. We were the "training store". I am 1 of 5 people in the U.S. who have received a pin from corporate for maintaining a "Perfect Grill" during a random inspection.
