Summary

I started my Lowe's career 19 years ago. Starting part-time throwing freight at 4am in the mornings. As I continued my Lowe's career I was challenged to do more. As I was challenged more I realized that I wanted to make a career with Lowe's. I have worked in many areas of the store. Merchandising was my longest role I enjoyed getting the store set up for success. Managing the teams by teaching coaching and training them we were able to set the store up for successful selling days. As a district quality coordinator I was able to manage eight different stores making sure every store was set to plan. Our district was always at the top for every metric for the MST program. Taking over in the ASM role my stride did not change. I able to rebuild teams and deliver results. Teaching coaching and training builds the teams culture to deliver results.
