Responsibilities Include:

• Decreasing the Positive Food Cost Gap through waste elimination, daily operational success, LEAN inventory practices, and leadership development within the BOH.
• Success of BOH operations while meeting Chick-fil-A operating standards like food safety, AHA, eRQAs, etc.
• Ensuring financial stewardship through supplier payments.
• Having a positive impact on the restaurants IPO through food cost and stewardship in other general areas.
• Creating a deep leadership bench within the area of food cost.

Responsibilities included:

• Success of the restaurant operations through intentional scheduling and an understanding of business trends.
• Success of daily operations in the FOH including staffing and money management.
• Having a positive impact on restaurant IPO through labor cost.
• Creating a deep leadership bench within the area of labor and scheduling.

• I have been to two assignments where I have been responsible for training new Team Members how to execute BOH operations to Pathway standards.
