As an assistant, I am responsible for the day to day operations of the restaurant. At 50 hours a week, I manage our weekly work schedule for over 20 employees, which also includes budgeting labor hours and factoring in sales. I'm responsible for making sure our employees are happy and comfortable, but also manage their work load firmly and fairly. I travel to other locations for product if needed as well. Customer service is also a big part of my job duties. I am responsible for customer concerns and questions they may have while also ensuring my team is making fresh product in a quick and timely manner.
