As Chief Clinical Noncommissioned Officer for the U.S. Army’s largest health clinic, I directed clinical operations supporting more than 1,800 patient encounters per month while ensuring exceptional service delivery and compliance with regulatory standards. I advised senior leadership on operational strategy, performance optimization, and policy alignment, contributing to improved efficiency and client satisfaction within the Department of Radiology. Leading a team of 11 personnel, including civilian and military staff, I fostered a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. I also oversaw the management, maintenance, and quality control of medical equipment valued at over $2.1 million, ensuring operational readiness and safety. This experience strengthened my ability to manage complex programs, maintain trusted stakeholder relationships, and deliver tailored solutions in high-stakes, customer-focused environments—core competencies I bring to account management within the security industry

Detachment Sergeant

01.2016 - 01.2019

As Detachment Sergeant and Noncommissioned Officer in Charge of Installations Ceremonies and Events for the Directorate of Plans, Training, Mobilization, and Security at U.S. Army Garrison, I led operational readiness and personnel development initiatives for over 130 Soldiers. I provided strategic guidance on training programs, safety compliance, and force protection measures, ensuring peak performance across all units. Partnering closely with senior leadership, I advised on enlisted matters, organizational planning, and mission execution while promoting the welfare and professional growth of more than 100 Soldiers and their families. I mentored team supervisors to enhance leadership effectiveness and operational coordination, driving unit cohesion and mission success. Additionally, I managed and executed high-visibility ceremonies and community engagement events that strengthened relationships between the installation, families, and local partners. This role refined my ability to lead large teams, oversee complex operations, and deliver organized, customer-focused solutions in support of strategic objectives—skills directly transferable to managing key accounts within the corporate security sector.

As Operations Supervisor for the Demobilization and Transition Operations Center, I led daily coordination and process oversight for returning deployed personnel, ensuring seamless reintegration and operational efficiency. I provided guidance and support to field organizations and team leaders, serving as the primary liaison between demobilizing units and Fort Hood enterprise partners. I conducted performance and progress reviews, prepared and distributed executive-level reports, and tracked key operational metrics to ensure compliance with demobilization requirements. Additionally, I analyzed complex data to deliver actionable insights and advised command teams on operational status and readiness conditions. Responsible for the leadership, welfare, and professional development of a team of 19—comprising 12 Soldiers and seven civilian employees—I fostered collaboration, accountability, and high performance. This role strengthened my ability to manage multiple stakeholders, maintain operational visibility, and deliver structured, client-focused solutions within dynamic and high-pressure environments.

Organizational Supervisor

While deployed in a challenging operational environment, I served as an Organizational Supervisor overseeing clinical and operational performance for a multinational medical task force under the 14th Medical Brigade. Responsible for the operational readiness of the radiology department, staff, and equipment supporting trauma care for U.S., U.K., and allied forces, as well as civilian populations, I ensured continuous delivery of critical medical services in high-pressure conditions. I also played a key role in training local defense personnel to strengthen medical preparedness, situational awareness, and coordinated security measures.
