I took interest in the internship posing on handshake, I attend to apply for said Internship with Northrop Grumman. I am currently enrolled at San Jose State University up in Norther California. I am currently studying for my Aerospace Engineering degree with a minor of aviation. I had a friend who got a Job with Northrop right after he achieved his degree in Aerospace and recommended me to come intern. My goal interning for this company is to gain field experience and add valuable help to the team I would be working on.
The Skill I hold is maneuvering through CAD, understanding how to use MATLAB, obtaining problem solving skills, and understanding how aircraft can fly. I would be a great candidate to intern for you guy because I have prior knowledge and I am always willing to learn new things, and always willing to put my brain to work. From your past projects your company is known for, revolutionizing the aviation world with either supper speed or super stealth. Something that I want to be a part of and if that means relocating I will.
However, I do not have much work experience in this field I have worked on 2 senior projects in January-May 2022, and worked on Multiple projects in Engineering 10 from solar, wind turbines, to finishing out the school year with an autonomous robot. One of the projects were called B.A.S.E and the other Leonidas, in Leonidas we used cad to design everything like hardware, support brackets, harnesses, and so on. With B.A.S.E. we had to code a program in MATLAB run multiple calculations to find V_ref, Alpha, and so on. We completed such task in groups and reported to the senior every week and meet every deadline for both teams. I also have 2+ years of work experience working at In-N-Out Burger dealing with customer service, behind the scenes technical, and other values that come with a job as such.
I am A great candidate for this internship with knowledge and willingness to work. I would love to stay in San Jose however, I am willing to relocate anywhere within the United States.
