- Oversees sworn and civilian payroll for over 450 employees within the Dayton Police Department through UKG system software

- Works with command staff and the Deputy Chief to process new hires, resignations, retirements, transfers, terminations, promotions and other personnel transactions

- Handles inquiries from officers regarding 100+ pay codes for either regular pay or overtime pay

- Works with HR and Main Payroll in City Hall in a system of checks and balances

- Provides OPERS and OP&F support as a bridge between City of Dayton employees

• Processes daily tow list and grants release forms for towed vehicles with detective holds
• Customer service for incident and accident reports with redactions due to Marsy's Law
• Collaborates with regional dispatch and other law enforcement agencies; regular contact with officers, detectives and supervisory personnel
• Background and record checks for FBI, U.S. Government, Dept. of Defense
• Expungements and sealing records ordered from the municipal courts
• Residential and business security alarm registration for the City of Dayton

• Served on NCAA DII Women's Soccer Committee and chair of Midwest Regional Advisory Committee
• Served as NCAA site representative for men's soccer and women's soccer championship opening rounds
• Had direct oversight of coaches committees in conference governance structure
• Communicated proposals put forward from committee meetings in legislative form during Joint Council meetings in fall, winter and spring sessions
• Was responsible for selection of conference players of the week for 25 championship sports
• Nominated conference winners for consideration of national awards of coaches organizations
