- Oversees sworn and civilian payroll for over 450 employees within the Dayton Police Department through UKG system software
- Works with command staff and the Deputy Chief to process new hires, resignations, retirements, transfers, terminations, promotions and other personnel transactions
- Handles inquiries from officers regarding 100+ pay codes for either regular pay or overtime pay
- Works with HR and Main Payroll in City Hall in a system of checks and balances
- Provides OPERS and OP&F support as a bridge between City of Dayton employees
