Follow Dow quality and safety procedures to perform the repair process of various types of valves effectively and efficiently; which includes teardown, inspect, assemble, test and troubleshoot Use multiple systems such as SAP and Mobideo to understand the specific work needed for each job to ensure deviations to the equipment do not get overlooked. Coordinate with planners and vendors on lead times for parts and valves to get a better understanding of timeframe needed for each individual job.

Can understand and safely perform the complete repair process of Safety Valves, Safety Relief Valves, Pilot valves, Firewater Valves, Gate, Globe & Check Valves. Which includes teardown, Inspect, Assemble, Test and Troubleshoot. Measured tolerances of assembled for conformance to standards, utilizing gauges, micrometers and calipers. Utilized various troubleshooting, diagnostic and repair methods to alleviate valve issues and operational problems in shop, and the field. I am also a Key Holder for the Luling facility.

Wiring Substations, Testing gauges, Tube bending, Instrument repair, Running cable tray, & working closely with team members to deliver project requirements, develop solutions and meet deadlines. Created new labor allocation systems that resulted in increasing productivity and customer satisfaction.
