· Preformed GMAW welding efficiently and in all positions on Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel, and Galvanized.

· Welded on carbon steel thickness ranging from 24-gauge sheet metal to 4" C - Channel.

· Used flapper wheels, grinder wheels and cutting wheels to fabricate and clean material

· Operated band saw, hole punch, grinders, Plasma cutter, Impact drill, and an Impact driver.

· Was forklift trained and certified through the company

· Was 3 Ton Overhead crane trained and certified through the company

· Cut C - Channel (up to 8" wide - 20' long) on band saw with overhead crane.

· Used Jig table to fabricate box truck understructures within 1/16"

· Fabricated and welded separate work orders on fab tables using prints and welding symbols.

· Used Jig table to fabricate and weld stainless steel rear frames for box trucks within 1/16"

· Can replace gas, wire, leads and can preform general maintenance on mig welder

· Preformed flux core welding efficiently and in all positions using 140/180 amperage MIG welder

· Measured and cut metal pieces to correct length and angle to attain proper fit and alignment.

· Welded on carbon steel thickness ranging from 24-gauge sheet metal to 3/8” plate.

· Used flapper wheels, grinder wheels and cutting wheels to fabricate and clean material

· Operated band saw, hole punch, grinders, hammer drill, Impact drill, and an Impact driver.

· Read and interpreted scopes of work while also completing come- do jobs that required collecting measurements and fabrication on site.

· Fabricated handrails up to 50 feel long with mid and bottom rails. Measured, cut, coped, and welded round tubing. Fabricated base plates to be anchored into concrete.

· Fabricated gates, doors, panels, fencing, stair treads, pickets and special enclosures. Sometimes fabricated gates and panels up to 12’ by 12’ size

· Demo and clean-up

· Worked from 7am to 3pm every Monday – Friday. Worked OT occasionally on Saturdays.
