Transitioning from High school into my fathers store I have learned the value of keeping the customers happy so they want to come back. Over the course of the three years I worked at Tomans I valued the store and its sales as well as the relationships. I adore talking and getting to know customers and their backgrounds to build friendships. After Covid limited our service capablilities we leaned on outsourcing drycleaning and tailoring, which is the bread and butter of the store. This allowed me to make close relationships, and comprise with local business visions. I would fit into your business with my problem solving and relationship building experience.
