Construction Design and Implementation of Custom Carpentry as per the specifications of the job assignment and determined budget. Constructs, repairs, alters, modifies, and renovates proposed work at the job site. Serves as an on-site interface between the property owner and myself, and, third-party contractors, and, subcontractors. Builds rudimentary additions to existing buildings at the project site. Installs, repairs, removes, replaces, tightens, splices, solders and insulates defective wiring, lights, switches, and other electrical fittings and fixtures within the scope of the project and budget. Performs basic surface preparation and applies coatings, using standard coating methods (e.g., brushing, rolling, spraying) Repairs job site water facilities and building plumbing systems, including clearing drains and vents, and repairing and installing faucets, sinks, toilets and waste systems as directed by the client. Finishes and shapes cement using floats, edgers, troweling machines, abrasives and other finishing tools. Performs welding to fabricate or repair and install gates, barricades and closures, within one's own experience and ability. For odd jobs where heavy equipment operation is deemed necessary, I can operate gasoline and diesel-powered pieces of heavy equipment to include tractors, both wheel and crawler, and respective attachments. Operates standard cars and trucks, and more specialized vehicles, including but not limited to: UTV, backhoe, skid steer, and Ford F-550 4x4 dump truck.
