My role as a Service Coordinator with Discount Tire has a list of important responsibilities which include...

• Manage and run our assigned bay
• Make sure customers vehicles are worked on properly and safely
• Ensure that bay time wait is at a minimum and customers vehicles are worked on in a reasonable amount of time
• Make sure our assigned Techs are correctly servicing the customers vehicle
• Pull In & Out Customer Vehicles
• Speak with the customer regarding the service that was completed and ensure the customer is happy with his/her service
• Pull Tires and any product that we will be using for the customers vehicle
• Resetting ABS on a vehicle
• Replacing ABS sensors and reprogramming them to the specific vehicle using a Bar-tech
