  • After getting my list I then begin completing work in order of importance .
  • After completing polish work and paint correction and then move to Collision Repair I begin by doing a complete teardown and inspection of damaged area on vehicle making notes and marking sections for the insurance companies to assess after completing assessment and tear down a vehicle and then hand the sheet over to the estimators so that they can put together complete estimate for repairs once the repair estimate is written and then will go and retrieve my parts for the job once they've been delivered and will be getting repairing the vehicle whether it be replacing Parts fixing sheet metal welding where necessary replacing frame rail sections or light suspension work sometimes including r&i certain interior pieces to gain access to floor pans inner quarter panels and door panels Headliners to gain access to roof or sunroofs sometimes repairs can include needing to put the vehicle on the frame rack and take measurements using the frames measuring computer system and robot eye sometimes needing to use a tram gauge once measurements have been taken I can then lock the car down to the frame rack and start making pulls where needed Upon finishing repairs vehicles and down to our paint department after being painted it is sent back to us where reassembly begins putting on new parts or buttoning up repair parts and reassembling the car too free accident condition and sending it down to our cleanup department and notifying that the vehicle has left our Bay and it already for the next phase
