Making sure the client likes how there landscaping is looking. Setting up times to do a clients job like time management to make sure there project gets done. Helping out the mowing crew when it rained and they were behind. demonstrating hard work in landscaping and quality in the work.

Demonstrate strong leadership skills by assisting front store operations, managing issues with orders, and helping other associates with their duties. Responsible for ensuring all customers are safe, avoiding falls ans/or trips and making them safe by observing and correcting any hazards. Communicates effectively with customers and coworkers by asking and receiving feedback, speaking clearly and at appropriate volumes while taking orders, thorough in training approach and feedback. Exhibits great teamwork to get tasks done to meet guest concerns and needs. Excellent customer service skills; always treating guest kindly and respectfully, taking their orders correctly in a nice manner.

Making sure the quality of the corn was great and not dying or turning into a non useable source. Making sure the farmers request met the expectations of the detasseled corn. Helping with the other Crews at Schern's to make the job done the right way and not the wrong way. Also to meet the companies expectations on being a good detasseler and being motivated to work.
