I've been doing maintenance work for olden management for 3 years I know how to do pretty much anything that needs to be done in the apartment as far as dishwashers garbage disposal doors locks make the screens painting a little plastering I'm not going to say I'm the best as plastering but I do a pretty good job I work for Fannie Mae for about 5 years before she passed at her our way home's apartments I worked up from being a maintenance tech to be in the maintenance supervisor I used to make orders I used to hire I used to do pretty much everything that maintenance manager is supposed to do schedule make out work orders for the employees etc
