This role requires technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team to support and enhance production processes and systems.

• Technical Support: Deliver Level 2 technical assistance for Delta JLP and JTP systems, addressing issues to maintain peak performance. Support the Grohmann MFM-220 system, particularly the New Generation Automated Control System (NGACS), to improve binning and handling processes.
• Equipment Maintenance: Perform regular maintenance on equipment, adhering to established protocols to minimize downtime and ensure reliability.
• Data Management: Collect and organize data relevant to engineering projects to aid in analysis and decision-making.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the technician team to achieve production targets, optimizing workflows and communication.
• Problem Solving: Identify and resolve issues related to production tools, focusing on safety, productivity, yield, quality, and reliability.
  System Enhancements: Assist in upgrade activities for the JLP TXP Y system, contributing to improvements in functionality and performance.
• Project Involvement: Play a key role in the ATM Harvest program and associated projects like Bian’s 4xx MBT, contributing to their success.
