Internships
Ghana Standards Authority (2016): I worked as a quality control officer at the Ghana Standards Authority in the material science department, specifically within the petroleum and polymer laboratories. My role involved conducting performance evaluation experiments on products to ensure they met the necessary standards before being released into the market. This position required a keen attention to detail and a thorough understanding of both product quality and compliance with industry regulations.
Ghana Standards Authority (2015): I worked as a quality control officer at the Engineering department of the Ghana Standards Authority. My role involved ensuring that engineering products and systems met the required standards and quality benchmarks before their release, contributing to the overall compliance and safety of the products in the market.
Ghana Highways Authority Sunyani (2014): I worked as a laboratory assistant at the Ghana Highways Authority in Sunyani, specifically in the general materials laboratory. My responsibilities involved testing soil and concrete products to ensure they were suitable for use in major road and building construction projects. This role was critical in ensuring that construction materials met the necessary standards for safety and durability.
