  • The Mobile application will allow you to accurately record your time IN/OUT, service type, task responsibilities and ensure Care Plan adherence from your smart phone. The mobile application is connected seamlessly with payroll and billing processing. You will have access to critical patient and visit information during clients visit.
  • Make sure you download the ‘ContinLink -Mobile Edge’ app onto your smartphone through the Google or App store.
  • The first time you log in you will be prompted to change your password.
  • The Mobile Edge app will issue you a reminder if you have not clocked in within five minutes and a reminder if you have not clocked out after five minutes.
  • CHHC employees must be dependable and responsible for their work schedule. All schedule changes and work assignments are to be arranged, coordinated and approved by the scheduling department prior to the hours being worked. Failure to do so will affect your ability to document your tasks and the visit verification process.
  • Employee failure to use the telephonic clock IN/OUT system will result in unverified shifts that are not billable or payable.
  • Shift offers are available within the app with caregiver notifications. The Mobile app will send you a notification and the app will allow you to accept or decline the offer.
